A return trip to The Cowtown Mallroom was inevitable. Would this old canvas merchandise cart from The Jones Store make a great "hutch" or what? Only in my house, I suppose.
An insulator that elle visits when we go the Mallroom.
A tree made of melted records.
And just like last time, good people watching. Thanks to Kevin for being a good sport and letting me take his pic.
Then it was off to Hyde Park Antiques on Troost for more great stuff.
I dug the chalk kewpie in the background but I like them with more muted color than this one for my personal collection.
This vanity would be fun in French grey.
For the foyer, maybe?
Then down to The West Bottoms. This area of KC used to be full of stock yards.
But now it's home to some cool antique places like Liberty Bell and Good Juju.
Most of these places are only open the first weekend of the month but many are offering extended hours in December.
